A renovation and double height extension to a handsome 5 storey Victorian terrace in Brook Green, West London. The house was fully refurbished throughout with a double-height extension to the rear which connects the living spaces across two levels. The small north-facing courtyard garden at the rear is towered over by a commercial building opposite so the design of the extension incorporated reeded translucent glazing. This obscured views to and from the neighbouring building whilst still bathing the internal spaces in a soft, warm light.
Our Oak Invisible LED matt oiled plank was used as a Chevron parquet throughout the ground floor, and first floor master bedroom with complimentary stairs connecting to upper and lower floors using the same Oak finish for the treads and risers.
