This modest Princes Gate Mews property in Kensington has been redeveloped into a four bedroom, bright and contemporary luxury residence.

A new basement extending across the entire site allows an additional floor for family space. Generous voids puncture through all the floors drawing natural light down into the basement, dramatically connecting the interior spaces to one another and the sky above. Additional light floods through the roof light above the feature staircase, illuminating the heart of the house.

The timeless material palette is intentionally simple using our Oak Bronze engineered flooring.
