A light open-planned family home have been created from a traditional 3 storey Victorian townhouse in Hampstead, London. The existing layout in The Gables was re-organised to provide 3 bedrooms and a formal sitting room at the lower level, with the living spaces located at the upper level. a double height space above the sitting room links the two levels .Our Oak flooring with a natural oil is used throughout, complemented by the solid oak stair treads and risers also supplied in our natural oil to match.

The project was featured in grand designs magazine.
